Great collection attorneys!

I called just to get some information, was placed on hold for 30 seconds and next thing you know... I'm talking to a lawyer and he was really attentive and not dismissive at all. He presented me with several options even though it was clear I didn't have an out right easy case. I wasn't blown off because it wasn't and open and shut case for him. Although I am not going forward with my case, I will be using this law group for any other legal issues I have. I only gave 4 stars because nobody's perfect

No work has been done ... I do not know what they are waiting for.... it will be the first and last time to deal with them.

Our family has used Chris Hedrick at Dickerson & Smith for years now. He is always honest and detailed. Having been in court with him at my side several times for family matters, I cannot imagine anyone else by my side. He is calm, efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. I call him for any legal need, large or small.

Had a phone appointment at 9 never was called then when I finally get threw the receptionist already seems to be irritated, finally talked to tammi, when I say horrible, she doesn’t speak at all also rushes you to talk as if your ruining her day smh wouldn’t recommend to NO ONE!!!

David Dickerson Jr. represented me in a case involvng my neglected adult son who has an intellectual disability. Because of his relentless pursuit of excellence, I now have guardianship of my son. I might add that in my 57 years, I have employed six different attorneys for various reasons. I can say without hesitation or reservation that Mr. Dickerson is the most thorough and prompt of any of them. His attention to detail is above reproach. I owed a debt for a medical procedure. With all my health issues i never got it paid. I made arrangements with this group, in reference to that medical debt. After making a payment of 260 on june 1 they then ran my card again for 50 two weeks later which I did NOT authorize. After talking to them, they returned it and we confirmed july 27 i can do 50 a month until paid in full. I wake up July 1 to ANOTHER 260 was pulled again! Causing my account to go negative and leave me without any money. That amount would have actually paid my debt in full but unfortunately I can't just pay them off because I have enough I pay weekly in appointments and medicine I just don't understand why my info is saved and keeps getting ran without my authorization. Save your self the headache Do NOT give them your bank information they have messed up my bank account 2 times in less then 1 month!

Terrible and most sarcastic group of people I have ever dealt with. They put a hold on my checking account after refusing to make payment arrangements. Leaving me with absolutely nothing to live on. I pleaded with them to work with me but instead I get talked down to and hung up on.

If you are a client of theirs, they will get the job done!! By ANY MEANS NECESSARY! They lie, they don't return calls and someone who handles your case is "out of the office". I am on a fixed income and tried to make payment arrangements. I spoke to Ms. Thomas who told me (twice) that she would call the bank and then return my call to discuss payment arrangements. The second time she stated this I specifically asked would she call me back the same day to which she replied yes. The third time I called, her voicemail stated she is out of the office (for a week). Mr. Robbins whom was one of the persons covering her cases was out of the office as well. Through the receptionist I finally spoke with Mr. Randall who stated he would call the bank and then call me back. When I asked would he be calling me back the same day, his answer was yes. To this date I have not heard from him. But I will be calling again.

I did not argue that I had not rec'd not one letter or phone call from any person representing this group or that I didn't owe the medical bill. All I wanted to do was to make a payment arrangement that would fit in my budget. Does this group think ordinary people do not deserve respect?

Mr Dickerson was wonderful! He made sure we knew what to do once we left his office. We came back again last week. For more advice. Mr. Dickerson was able to make us laugh, through grief.

I strongly suggest that you DO NOT retain Mr. David Mettler as your attorney. He speaks to you like you're a complete idiot. He does not return emails or phone calls. He does not care about you or your case.

Terrible service! Mrs.hall took my case and failed to pay the Lien. Called multiple times and half the time I was either on hold for 20+ mins or she was conveniently not there!! Completely screwed me over can’t pay my bills or rent! How is she even an attorney still!!!!

the worst firm ever i paid them for lis pendens on my properties and even with the lis pendens they were sold. I tried to set an appointment to meet with Mr. Dickerson and the office constantly avoided my phone calls finally i got a appointment with Mr. Dickerson and he was not there he passed me on to someone else. He refused to see me and asked that i pay him 5 more thousand dollars. I am still seeking satisfaction and will pursue with the Virginia Bar.

Amazing group of professionals!

Law school dropouts. You ever come into contact with these criminals, get a lawyer promptly. They are criminals and should be punished to the fullest extant of the law, most scam artist slum lords use these jerks. No way to make a payment at all, they will scam their way out of even seeing you or being able to collect their debt. I went to their office and they told me Mr. Robbins was handling my account and to call him, or he would call me. Never called, my mother called and asked them about payment and he laughed and she told me he sounded drunk on the phone. I called again and the secretary told me Mr. Boyer was handling my account, but he's on vacation. How the hell is he handling my account if he's on vacation? I told them to forget the money I will just waive the judgement in court.

These guys are scam artists and very incompetent. These Jerks garnished my account twice for the same matter then want to act like they don't know what is going on

Mr. Boyer is a crook and a snake. And I agree completely with the last reviewer, he is very insensitive and a prick.

Called to talk to Mr Boyer about an outstanding account to get it paid and he was very NASTY AND RUDE!. He was not willing to make sure that I had all mailing information correct in order for the account to be paid off. He was not willing to assist in order to get this matter taken care of. He did not want to talk about payment arrangements. Beware when speaking to him. He will talk to you like you don't have a brain or know what you are doing.
