I definitely don’t recommend Tom C Smith III (the son). Poor communication and customer service.

I didn't actually hire these lawyers.... but they were straight forward and told it how it is. I've been dealing with lawyers for years about how they can help me but secretly they were helping themselves to my wallet by hiding the truth from me (I was going to lose in court). Give them a call if you need a lawyer and they'll probably let you know if they can actually help you or not! Ill be back to hire them when I need a lawyer again.
