Not impressed. Arrived for a free consult only to feel the attorney wasn't focused on our conversation. He said he would call me the next day once he had a chance to think about my problem. He even joked that he felt he was rushing me out the door.

Of course he never called. Just goes to show that you have to talk to several attorneys to find one that is professional and decent. I spoke to another attorney and found a completely different experience.

My case was a bunch of trumped up foolishness! I went to meet Mr. Peirsall angry, scarred and confused. I was pulled over IN MY DRIVEWAY after a company Christmas party with of all people, my Allstate agent! The entire ordeal was embarrassing from start to finish. I am a well educated working professional whom is military affiliated the officers in my case spoke to me as if I were a buffoon. Their work was shotty, sloppy and unprofessional and this made it easy for Mr. Piersall to disassemble their argument. Even when the chips were down and I started to become, Von did his very best to keep the focus on the facts. I am easily riled up when I bear witness to injustice, but Mr. Piersall saw right through the foolishness and lead me to victory! Initially, was less than pleased with the pricing, but Von made is work and after it was all said and done... HE WAS WORTH IT! Good luck all
