Mr Goldstein Help me sort through a legal issue rather quickly, literally within hours. His colleague is the one who normally handles my issue but was out for a few days. Hire better help or change the way you do things. You're losing ratings and business, I was a client years back so i called today hoping I would receive the same good service. The receptionist told me I have to pay $295 per hour for a consultation just to schedule an unlawful detainer. I don't need to pay money just to ask an attorney to appear in court for me on a certain date, I just need you to tell me when you're available for court. I asked what happens to my $295 retainer if the tenant pays at the last minute say the day before court and I'm told its a $295 consultation fee so it's non refundable. Thats rediculous. I understand if some of it is non refundable bc you have to put it on the calendar but to charge almost $300 for a cancelled case when you're already in the building for the other U.D.'s is just stupid. No thanks, I'll go with someone else.

The lawyers may be good but their staff is awful. One women in particular is rude and talks down to you.
