My 17 y/o son’s first and only traffic violation was unfortunately was a reckless driving/speeding. I couldn’t be more pleased with Mr Andrews representing my son. The charge was completely dismissed in court. As a parent I want my son to learn the consequences of his actions but at the same time it felt like it was going to be punishment for me as well in the long run. The worries of my car insurance sky rocketing are no more. I highly recommend Mark Andrews. I’m still in disbelief of what he accomplished for us.

Mr. Mark Andrews was my sons Defense Attorney in a Criminal DUI case. We live in Texas and my son was stationed in Virginia. He had defended my son previously in a Reckless Driving Ticket and I contacted him immediately when I found about my sons accident. Mr. Andrews took the time to talk to me about scenarios, what to expect and kept me somewhat calm 1,400 miles away. He always had time to talk to me, no matter when. Once my son was charged, he was incarcerated for 8 months before his hearing. Again, during that time Mr. Andrews went above and beyond to be there for me, my family and my son. My son was facing additional time but at the time of the sentencing hearing, Mr. Andrews did an amazing job representing my son. His knowledge of the law, skill and compassion was felt by everyone there in that court room. We were all in awe when the judge ruled “time served”, which was under the guidelines set by the courts. We were all praying and hoping for anything under 3 years. He made it possible for my son to move forward with his young life.
