The experience was excellent. I felt like they really cared about me and my case. Everyone was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.

This was a complete waste of time. My settlement was ridiculously small! It took over a year and communication was not the best. I regret choosing them, lesson learned.
*Update* I was contacted by the attorney handling my case, and I am definitely giving them five stars for following up and explaining the process and what was actually happening in my case. USAA, on the other hand, gets one star for completely mishandling my settlement and providing inaccurate information. Thank you Kalfus & Nachman for making sure I was satisfied and taken care of!
