I was very pleased with the way my case was handled by John Lee and his staff. They kept me informed of what was going on and Rachel Bush would always let me know if any documents were needed and return my calls promptly to answer any questions I may have had. So far awful wouldn't recommend it I am not putting one star YET as I'm waiting to give them a last chance. I literally have the easiest uncontested divorce in history I feel and I have had no phone calls returned then a week later I get a lovely letter saying nothing has been done because hey have no way to reach me yet I get emails and phone calls? Unfortunately I've missed the past few calls and had to return their voice mail. Again no response.. going in tomorrow if they are opened hey have odd hours and hope I can get this settled. In the next month if not due to their establishment I will have fingers crossed I can get my money back and go else where.
Changed my star down to one they not only have awful people working for their lawyers I would also strongly say possibly uneducated people. They are an unhonest horrible establishment please go to an actual reputable lawyer

Very easy to call and talk to. Took a long time for the whole process but they did there job and helped me in my financial crisis. I would use them again ..... but hopefully I don't because I don't want any more troubles lol Rachel (paralegal) answered every email very quickly . Only downside I would say is sometimes to sign paperwork I would have to drive from Chesapeake to Hampton because the Chesapeake office was closed.
