So I looked up there schedule online and it said that they would take walk-ins today and when I drove over half an hour to get there they said they could not take care of me today. They said that I could come back next Tuesday. I then asked them for a schedule that was updated so that I could make sure to come on a day that they could help me and the sheet they gave me was exactly the same as the online schedule. I asked the PO who gave it to me why I wasn't seen today? She said that all the Attorneys were doing GMT's except for one who was booked up. If that is truly the case then post this stuff online so people don't waste their time. The Chief was cool and tried to help but ultimately the info he gave me didn't apply to my situation, what a bust.

I work here so I know what goes on behind the scenes. I may be a bit bias but I find my fellow coworkers to be hard working polite and helpful. They try their best to do everything in their power to help clients it makes me sad to see these bad reviews on here because we try and help everyone to the best of our ability we have alot of customers come through and it can be very hectic in the back. Even if the front desk doesn't look like it. Yes, we tell people to get to our office before we open to give them a better chance of being seen that day, instead of having to come back another day, because we fill up fast. Certain powers of attorney are really broad and some institutions don't accept them now so we try to help you by showing you the special POAs that we have that usually covers what most people need, protects you (the clients) from being taking advantage of (hopefully), and is accepted by the institutions that you need. Some paperwork does need to be double sided because otherwise you or someone else could attach it to another document and make something we never saw be valid which could potentionally get us in trouble with the law. The things we do we do for a reason it's not that we don't want to help you.

Staff would not draft up a power of attorney that I requested. Even though I know the risks. Seeking help with the coast guard.

The people that work there are a god damn joke. They tell you to be waiting outside, but don't open the doors till well after the time that they tell you to be there. I was sent away once because I needed to make some papers double-sided, and when I came back I was asked for two forms of ID(which I wasn't told before). I wouldn't trust these people to handle ANY paperwork let alone legal paperwork. Save yourself the trouble and go to little creek! I

Great office! Great customer care! I enjoyed their time and effort to resolve my issues and go above and beyond! The staff is very friendly, and every customer is as important as the last.

I feel a good vibe as I walk in and they are not afraid to say "thanks for coming in!"
