I retained Mr. Herron after a TSA screener found my (forgotten) gun in a carry-on bag and I was charged with “misdemeanor possession of a weapon in an airport.” It was a stressful time, and I was very much comforted by the confidence and experience that Mr. Herron brought to me and my case. He explained the legal situation and options clearly, and throughout the entire process he was proactive, available, knowledgeable and professional. In the end, through his efforts, the charges against me were dismissed at the cost of only court fees ($176) and forfeiture of the firearm.
