It has been about 5 years since Brian Dunnigan took my case. I have needed a lawyer a few times in my life. It seems that I always had to guide the lawyer on which way to go... They just never seemed to have the same desire to set things right for me as I did.. I guess it just boiled down to the amount of hours I spent thinking about my cases and how to beat them vs the time my lawyers spent thinking about them.. However, when Brian stood up and presented my case, he blew me away. He was so well prepared and obviously put in the time. That was Brian the Lawyer.
Brian the man did something to help me, outside of the case, that changed me forever. He showed me that there are actually people out there that really do things for others, just to help... no ulterior motives, no agenda... Just simply because they see someone that needs help.

The service I received with them was very poor and unprofessional. Starting with my initial court date being switched. I had called them serval times before the first date to see what date my court date had been change to they keep telling me they didn’t know the date or know if it would be changed. The day of the court date I called to be told a hour before that I had to go to court to receive my change of date. They take half payments up front and then you pay the reminder two weeks before your court date. They called me two days before the due date asking about my payment. They could contact me about my payment but I have to contact you about any information. I also had to call them to find out my verdict being that the date the switch my court date to I was out of the country. I get hback and to call them serval times to find out information you guys was suppose to inform me of. Never again!! If I have to all of this I might as well represent my self.

Mr. Brian got me out of 5 years of prison time and I ignored all of his calls and emails and he still showed up in court 3 months since the last I personally spoke with him and saved my life. I will not use any other attorney but Brian Dunnigan law. He's the best out there.

Gave good advice

I could’ve saved myself $500 and represented myself. He was stuttering looked very unprofessional. I honestly think he was on some type of medication or something. He looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. The judge was laughing at him. He didn’t even really speak to me before court it was brief and he said to let him do all the talking. It was a train wreck. I knew I made the wrong decision in a lawyer when I saw him representing a man before me and he looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. He also told me to wait for him after court I waited almost an hour and he wasn’t there. I feel like I got taken advantage of and honestly I want my money back. I’m never going to hire an attorney again without meeting them first. ABSOLUTE DUMPSTER FIRE.

10/10 satisfied they helped me so much i got a 54 in a 35 and i could have gotten my license taken but they got it dropped down to defective equipment. they worked with me being in the navy and being on a work-up cycle. thank you guys so much.

Very unprofessional. Showed up late to each court appearance and always had dates mixed up. I never sat down with him to discuss my case. Just showed up late and did a quick and inaccurate brief. Agreed on set payment amount and wanted more money. Very bad service
