I used David Cassidy for a Separation Agreement proofing and had very good results. I decided to retain him through my divorce process. He recommended multiple changes and sent the requests back to my ex's attorney. I didn't have to worry about a thing and I got what I expected. Home town Attorney feel. I liked it.

Mr. Carter Budwell did an excellent job assisting us with our case. He was very professional and responsive to our inquiries.

I've used them 3 times. The first 2 times no problems. This time I feel my case has been unorganized, I cant get an answer to any questions when needed. I feel like I'm hitting a dead end most of the time. I thought with Chapter 13 your paying your lawyer to be able to ask questions. Plus on top of that my hearing date was canceled . I TOOK OFF WORK ONLY TO FIND IT WAS CANCELED ..at the last minute I was informed of this. UGH!

Very unprofessional. Poor time/client management skills. I would not recommend. Once they get your money they put you on the back burner. No one in this office seems to knowledgeable of anything going on.

I went to this firm because first they advertise as a Christian based firm and secondly being a Hud Certified Housing Counselor I have helped many of their clients obtain a mortgage modification while going though bankruptcy. I went in today for a consultation for personal injury and was excited to put a face with the name. As so many people were referred to me from Steve Taylor’s office. Beginning the consultation he did a quick prayer that had nothing to do with the prayer request I asked for. Their intake sheet ask what can we pray for and he either never read it or didn’t care to pray for my Daughter, but then started to hear my case. Now the fact that he couldn’t help my case was not the issue. My fall happened in FL so he knew immediately he couldn’t take the case because he doesn’t have a license to practice in FL. My issue was that he told me a story that to me implied that I was trying to sue the airport for my daughter being born disabled. I fell at the airport while holding my daughter but he gave a senerio to say it is not the airports fault that my daughter was born disabled. He also started the conversation wrong as I told him we were on a make a wish trip for my daughter to go to Disney world and he asked me why would I take my daughter to Disney being terminally ill and not being able to respond, anyway it is not like she would enjoy it. Well make a wish granted this trip to us because she is terminally ill and they wanted to make lasting memories for the family. His insensitivity towards disabled children and their families was horrible and I could not see the Christian in any thing he said. He made me feel bad for trying to recover a memory or trip that was a once in a life time experience for my daughter and family. I will never do business with this firm again. I would not suggest Steve Taylor to anyone
