Wouldn't even hear my issue or speak with an attorney about it without doing a lengthy application and being put on a call list for an attorney to return my call an their convenience...which resulted in me being illegally evicted.

My name is Andrea Weathersby Boykins and I'm sad to say that if you're not a White American legal aid is not for you. When I went to Legal Aid this may of 2017 for help I was discriminated against and I feel that I was call the liar because I was African American. My landlord charge me a late fee because I had a 150.00 pet fee that I refuse to pay because I didn't have a pet, but because my landlord told the legal aid attorney that the late fee was because I didn't pay my water bill which didn't come into the middle of the month sometimes and I told this to the legal aid attorney but because I was African-American and she was a white property manager she believed her over me I thought I was the client and that the legal aid attorney was supposed to do her homework and was supposed to stand up for me but she didn't... my legal aid attorney all but called me a liar. This is a sad world when you are though of as a liar just because the color of your skin.
