I drive a tractor trailer and I was in Virginia Beach.

I was in an accident and received a ticket for an unsafe Lane change which carried 4️⃣ points.

There were pictures of the accident shown to the officer and he stated that he was unable to determine who was at fault from the pictures but that he needed to give a summons because there was an accident and the pictures showed my truck crossing a solid white line.

I was pulled over in Chesapeake, VA. and given a reckless driving charge of 95/60. I had no idea the severity of this at first. I can't even begin to describe how helpful Peter Louie was to me. I hired him solely based off of his glowing reviews and they are SPOT ON. I retained him just a week before my court date. I was nervous and I cried for a week after getting pulled over. I had never been arrested a day in my 34 years on this planet. I mean I went to a prestigious college and even previously worked at Regent University (a Christian college who did a very extensive background check otherwise you did not get hired) He was very sweet, laid back and honest. He jumped on the front of my vehicle and demanded to know who my car belonged to. I was frightened and puzzled. I showed him my registration and license with my name on BOTH. He was a complete jerk. He yelled "Why were you going so fast?!" I was not even going 30mph when he pulled me over. I felt like I was targeted and he just wanted to meet his quota by any means. He yelled "You have to be in court on such and such date and if you don't show up, you're going to jail!" My heart stopped. I went to driving school and got my car calibrated. Not only was my car off by several miles but I didn't even have to use those things because before the judge called us up, Peter spoke to the arresting officer and called out A LOT of inconsistencies in his story. Peter didn't even have to utter a word. The officer offered to DISMISS the entire thing HIMSELF! We weren't even in front of the judge for a whole 45 seconds. No jail time, no court fees, no points, driving record still in tact!!! Call this man Peter RIGHT NOW! He's worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. What a Godsend! Thank you, Peter!

Mr. Louie had my case of reckless driving dismissed because the officer forgot to, under code 46.2-882, display his badge of authority while making his statement. The judge then struck it down and dismissed the case. I'm glad Mr. Louie was there and noticed that the arresting officer did not mention that while talking. He let the officer finish his statement and then told the judge the code number and printed out paper work for the judge. Who then dismissed it.
