Know whats really fun? Closing on the house you sold in June and the mortgage payoff NOT BEING SENT TO THE BANK so yay getting to pay another month on a house we didn't live in. Also we were not contacted to get the remaining balance check for several weeks. My realtor called and was told the wire had been sent but the wire person had left for the day... two weeks go by and still NO PAYOFF. You guessed it., IT WAS NEVER SENT, they blamed Navy Fed for being slow until they realized they had never sent it... I'm not the only client having issues either. So once the pay off was all straightened out I went to pick up the check and I wish I would have brought my frozen groceries in with me because the receptionist is frosty at best. I will say the manager personally apologized several times and was very kind, all while the receptionist threw us scornful looks and attitude. Take your sale elsewhere unless you want six figures magically misplaced too....
