She is not very aggressive fails to defend a client with the defense that would be strong. Doesn't listen or care what or how cases are sentenced. She just wants them to end unconcerned if outcome. Fails to consider mitigating circumstances or go to far lengths to give her client the best arguements

Andrea Sullivan, the Public Defender, won't invesigate your charges. She will always go by the police report! And that is against the law! Please write down everything she says to you, and let her know that you are documenting the conversation. I took her to court for incompetence of council, and she sat there and lied in Court! She is incompetent!
