Brian McMonagle, and his staff have seen me through one of the worst experiences of my life. I had the great misfortune of being hurt on the job in 1996. Every time the worker's comp. system did their best with their, "delay, deny, and hope you die", tactics, Brian took them to task. Treatment denials, way too many to mention, holding them to their lawful time frames, he fought for me and my rights without fail.
