On May 1,2016 I was involved in an automobile accident in Grass Valley, California. I was attempting to make a left turn when my car was hit on the front passenger area. The police put me at fault even though the driver was arrested for DUI.

My injuries were as follows:

1) Several rib fractures from air bag;

2) Sternum fracture from air bag;

3) Heart failure exacerbation;

4) Plural effusion - fluid in lungs;

5) pain on left side of nose;

I was taken to the Emergency Room at Sierra Nevada Hospital where I stayed in for 2 weeks then spent 2 more weeks at Spring Hill Manor - rehab center and a week at Eskaton in Grass Valley.

I was in a car accident where someone pulled into my lane without looking going much slower than me and I rear ended them. I suffered a concussion, bruising, broken left wrist and nerve damage to my hand.

I had to go to the ER by ambulance and have them set my wrist. I then required pins to be put in place to hold my wrist bones in place. I then required a nerve repair surgery and a carpal tunnel injection, which were not fully effective.

The other party in the accident hired a lawyer and were suing my mother's estate while the other party's insurance agents were calling me. It was a lot to process especially with taking care of my family through this loss, my mom's funeral, and everything in between.

Not knowing how to navigate the legal system at all, I immediately began researching lawyers for car accidents and contacted many of them with good reviews. Because the police report blamed my mother for the accident solely based on the word of the other party, quite a few lawyers turned me down.

I had an extremely positive experience with attorney Chris Kreeger. I have worked with many other attorneys and was always left feeling disenchanted with the experience. If they charged hourly, what I got for the hours was a bad deal, and if they charged on contingency, I never heard from them because they had other financial priorities. Either way, I lost.

Chris was active, engaged, didn't delegate on communications, met with us face to face constantly, formulated strategy and coached us on it, talked to us after hours, and he genuinely cared about us as a couple and as clients. I was in an car accident in April of 2010. I was referred to Rosenthal Law by a family member. Once my brother and I met with him for the first time I felt at ease. We accepted him as out Lawyer. Mr. Rosenthal directed us to one of his doctors, Dr. Dunlevy which was an excellent doctor. He found out I had a lot of fractured ribs and a cracked breast bone. Overall it took months to heal. Mr. Rosenthal would call me on a regular basis and ask how I was doing and let me know how our case was going. Once our case was finished a few months later I had to go back to Rosenthal Law and needed help to get Leaned Medical bills off my credit so I can get a car without a cosigner.
