I wasn’t able to get help from them as a lawyer but they where very nice professional people and provided me with the info to get help that I am very grateful for, with luck I’ll get my disability going and my family and I will not be homeless threw another Christmas.

I lost my case and when I read the report their were so many inconsistency saying I was not complying with my mental health med's and that I had denied surgery they never explained why . Elizabeth didn't even wanna help me appeal. Smh

Giving me full support

I was an advocate for a client, and I don't think he would have been granted disability if I hadn't been there. After nearly two years, they were unable to obtain his psychiatric records. I made one call and all the records were promptly submitted. Make sure your attorney is doing all they can and do whatever you can on your own. You have to be proactive.

Elizabeth Gade is without a doubt the best Social Security attorney. She is incredibly intelligent and very kind . I was able to win my case and was able to get full back pay and full benefits. I disagree with the above review. I am sorry he feels that way but my experiences have been nothing but positive. Even if I do not get a positive outcome, I believe they did their best. I do agree that application for disability benefits is not something one should do without professional help, you are going to be denied unless you are paralyzed from the neck down! These folks know what to do and how to get it done.

Worst attorney I've ever dealt with. She made us miss deadlines critical to our case and made no effort to contact us. PISS POOR !!! She did nothing with our case for over a month and a half without once attempting to make contact with us and blamed it on a missing document which she was supposed to secure for the case. When I brought it to her attention that I was unsatisfied with her lack of communication specifically because she is delaying the case her response was that she would remove herself, which puts us back at square 1. We are homeless now and she made no effort to rectify the situation and was callous and thoughtless. This from an attorney who we are paying 25%, really. I am reporting her to the California State Bar Association because in my opinion, she should not be practicing law. #TimetoRetireGade
