Going on 4 years and three lawyers getting nothing done this has been the worst experience with a law firm

We made an appointment for a consultation with attorney yang and showed up fifteen minutes early to our appointment. We received a confirmation email the morning of our appointment and even spoke to someone in Roy Yang’s office the morning of.

Upon arrival, a staff member took us back to begin our paperwork and told us that Mr. Yang , via text message with his employee, made it clear he had no intentions of ever coming in for the consult.

Don’t waste your time. Mr. Yang is a flake and his office smells like a rotten TV dinner. Not to mention it was messy and I would not trust personal matters Mr. Yang. We walked out as Mr. Yang never showed up to his first appointment. We won’t be going back.

One of the worst legal firm I've dealt with, especially clerical and "so called assistance" when you go in person the assistant is always yawning as if she never sleeps and the male assistant let's the phone's ring and sits as his desk as if he's busy but its clearly scene he isn't because, he's always talking to one of the clericals about something that has nothing to do with work. You can hear everything, the lawyer never calls on time for scheduled phone appt's until at least an hour later. VERY DISPLEASED!!!

This firm represented me in a workers compensation case. Their lack of communication both with me and within their own team was a huge issue. Depositions were missed when they failed to forward information to me. When I spoke to my attorney about the lack of communication they blamed their client representatives and changed nothing. Overall my case ran extra long because of this firm. If i had to describe this firms view toward me and my case in one word it would be nonchalance. They simply didnt seem to care once i signed them in as my representatives. After my case was over i received phone calls from outside organizations telling me that they received my number from this firm. I called Ratto and left multiple messages asking about why this was and how it came to be, all of which were ignored. DO NOT GO HERE.

I am lost for words after reading this review on yelp I’m just wondering how much did they pay you all to lie? We have been through three attorneys never been notified that our attorneys have left we have been through three assistance never been notified that the assistance left.

I have to constantly call and advise them How to do their job. These people are unprofessional and un-educated and I have no clue what is going on. We have been advised of the case is going to be settled for the last two years not yet happened.

The last person I spoke to was Karina I had to advise her that my husband was permanent and stationary.

She read the QME back to me and informed me that he was not yet permanent and stationary. I informed her to look at the date on that QME To her surprise it was two years old she was not reading from the correct updated QME!!

Her response was, “Sometimes we make mistakes and don’t chronologically file them the way it should be! Done!!” She made excuses and blame it on others!! I have spoken to the manager I have informed her nothing has changed.

I feel like as long as you speak Spanish you got the job and I’m sure they pay $10 an hour!! You get what you pay for!!

I don’t like to get on yelp and talk bad, but the last four years has been four years of babysitting tracking down who the next Attorney’s or the legal assistant is this week!! We were just informed that Karina left as well and now we have a new assistant!! Shocking!!

There Has to be some kind of regulation from the Bar in regards to how cases are being handled there at that law firm!!

The good news is I am formed the attorney That my husband was ready to settle the case and with this new attorney Matthew things are finally moving I. The right direction!! Finally Someone who knows what they are doing!!

Friendly staff and well knowledgeable people, that work their best to represent you. So far I'm happy with them.

Very friendly lawyers keep you up-to-date with your case make sure that they're on your case and they work for you and they make sure they let you know

Any legal matter can be stressful so it helps when the people representing you make it as smooth a process as possible. if you agree then id recommend the ratto law firm.

Misleading and unconcerned

Poor customer service.From reception staff to assistants lack professionalism and respectful regard or importance for ones calls. Had to call multiple times to not only not get a return call but at the end of the day be told the assistant had left for the day. What can then could be expected from their legal representatives? The worker is only as good as it's leader!!! First impressions are lasting ones. Not impressed!

The stars are for a particular attorney as I am not familiar with the entire firm. Dealing with a WC case is a lengthy tedious process. When you have to pick up a case where someone else left off it is akin to swimming in concrete. Dan Hernandez is a fantastic attorney and human. Although I do not currently work with him, I have in the past. In WC if the applicant gets no $$ neither does the attorney. So who's gonna short change themselves? Would you want an attorney working on your case, or chit-chatting on the phone? Appearing in court on your behalf or repeating things you have been told numerous times already? Reviews aren't worth the paper they're written on!

I usually don't write reviews but I would like to save everyone the pain and suffering that comes from working with ratro law firm. I went through a two year workmanscomp case with them and it was the worst experience I have ever had. "Dan Hernandez is a definite no no. Unless you want to settle out for nothing... Receive no feed back on what's happening..: recieve 0 call backs. He's a ghost lol. I highly recommend any other Law firm over this one. Good luck on your hunt and please please please take my advice and say no when It comes to ratto law firm .
