I called in to see about hiring this firm, it turned out they didn't handle cases like mine. However, the person who took my call was so helpful I thought I'd leave this here. He kindly listened to my plight, and gave me websites and a few phone numbers I could use as resources to help.

terrible representation on my child custody case. my attorney didn't even fight for me in court and agreed with everything the judge said even when I asked her to fight for me and my child. and her fees were ridiculous and charged me for her travel to and from work when she chooses to live out fo the county. I DO NOT recommend this firm. DO NOT HIRE!

I called for a consultation, and a salesman took my call. I asked for advice and to speak with attorney. $3,000 was my answer. I called later with $3,000 on hand, but was told... my "consultant" wasn't there so I couldn't speak to anyone until he came in hours later. I told them any reputable attorneys office could make me an appointment. The reply was... "sir there is a protocal in place, give me your number and your consultant will contact you".
I hung up...I don't need a commission based salesman to close the deal. A reputable law office will make my appointment regardless of who answers the phone.

I've had two previous experiences hiring a family law attorney. I was terrified to do it again, but had to. Glad I found this firm. I was quoted a fair price, and they held up their end of the deal. Very happy with the way things turned out.

Christian Schank & Associates represented me during a very hard time in my life. Husband decided he didn't want the kids and I around anymore and that he felt he didn't need to be responsible for our wellbeing. That all changed when he had to stand in front of the judge. Honestly, I hope nobody ever has to go through a family matter that involves the courts. The whole experience is nerve wracking and pricey. I had no idea what I was in for, and I am so happy I retained the Law offices of Christian Schank and Associates. So helpful digging through the red tape, meeting deadlines and beating opposing party to the punch. They have my recommendation.
