I can not begin to praise Russ Wilson enough! THIS IS THE GUY!!! I Have lived in the US almost 40 years. My citizenship situation was unique and complicated. I was brought to the US supposedly under an adoption that was not completed or done correctly. Therefore I was unable to get a passport through my birth country. Russ took the time to dig into my past to verify that I was not already a citizen. He even went to the extent of hunting down and calling My adopted mother who I had not talked to in 30 years to verify my citizenship status. The whole process took almost 11 months and Russ stood by my side the entire time! Taking the initiative by checking in “frequently” and checking with Immigration frequently. Advising me on what to expect and not to be discouraged or worried with the lengthy process . I NEVER felt I had to chase him down for status! At one point I was called back for an unusual second interview and Russ came with me to make sure everything went smoothly and to help calm my nerves on why there was a second interview being called. Not once did he make me feel this process was about money or getting more money as a matter of fact he was very fair in working with me through the financial aspect of the process. . I hired Russ on 2015 to help with my immigration application. Due to personal matters my immigration case it’s a little unusual and it required a lot attention and work. Russ has always been there to jump in, to answer questions, to submit whatever needs to be submitted, to keep me updated and even to cheer me up!
