She took our case, knowing she couldn't do anything.. Does little things you can do without her and says she's done alot to make you think she earned your money... Don't trust her.... I feel used and taken advantage of...

At first I thought they did a really good job but then as I started having questions they either didn’t answer me, or they gave me an answer that had nothing to do with what I asked. They didn’t keep me in the loop about anything unless I badgered them trying to get information. Wish I knew this before contacting them so i could’ve found someone who is more open with clients and doesn’t mind explaining things.
