If you have come to the point in which bankruptcy is the best option, you definitely want to go with Fraley & Fraley. They will be by your side from the day you enter their office until the end of time. Highly recommended!
They'll also tell you that you can file Chapter 7, but later they'll tell you that you don't qualify. Again, ask for a refund and you are coldly told: "We will honor our contract."
They took $2700 from me after a "free" consultation by ensuring me that it was just a deposit.
When they admitted that their attorneys were quitting and that the receptionist(s) were fired for using drugs, I should have known better.
Their response to this post proves that they believe the customer is always wrong and they prefer to take instead of earn money.
Thank you Mr. Fraley and staff.
Highly recommended....Thank you Gary!!!
I scheduled my appointment, and they got me in very quickly. I met with Mr. Fraley and couldn't have been more pleased with him. He wasn't intimidating, he explained everything simply and clearly, and didn't try to rush me in and out.
He was very thorough in going over my situation, and he actually gave me advice that was in MY best interest, not his. Rather than trying to up sell me and get me to declare bankruptcy, he advised me to wait, submit my answer to the suit (which he prepared for me for free by the way), and see if my situation changes before acting.
This being my first time having to talk to a lawyer, I have to say I was very pleased with the service. He's highly rated for a reason: because he's very good at what he does. I absolutely recommend Fraley and Fraley to anyone in need of financial council.
had. I didn't know what to expect since I have been scam by lawyers before which made me very specious that he could really help me. The help I got in filing bankruptcy was amazingly, from the first office visit to going to court.
I had a foreclosure date of June 5,2013 on June 3rd I was looking into doing a short sale but I wanted to keep my home and at the last minute I decided to file for bankruptcy that when I found a flyer from Fraley & Fraley. I call the office on June 4, 2013 told the receptionist my situation I got an appointment the same day, to my surprise. Later that day I was in the office filing my papers for bankruptcy to save my home. The people at Fraley & Fraley are so helpful and made me feel very comfortable.
Please be advise if you ever need a Bankruptcy Attorney go see Fraley & Fraley.
I also have an unusual perspective, having started with another attorney who closed her doors in the middle of preparation for filing. At that other place, I got a half-hour meeting, a cheap accordian organizer and shuffled out the door. I was discouraged from asking questions and hardly ever got to talk to the attorney.
When I went to Fraley and Fraley, Gary Fraley personally spent three hours going over my case and discussing the details and strategies. I worked with another attorney, Andrew Grossman, who patiently answered dozens of questions, and I am not exaggerating. I was treated like a valued client. Everyone at F&F, from Gary, Andrew and Lisa to Jennifer the receptionist, were top notch. One time, when I apologized for calling too much, Jennifer said to keep it up; that it was good to be your own best advocate. And she was right. I don't know the bankruptcy attorneys in town, but I would bet money not many would say that.
As it turned out, what started as an embarrassing and depressing process with nothing good to recommend it, ended with an empowering, ambitious bankruptcy strategy that not only discharged my unsecured debts, but resulted in a realistic plan to keep my home and repay my secured debts through a second filing. I can't say the path we chose would work for everyone, but I can say with absolute certainty that if I hadn't found Fraley and Fraley, it wouldn't have worked for me. I can't tell you how it improved my outlook.
And when we went to court, there was no fumbling around like with many of the other attorneys we saw. We had our act totally together long before we set foot in court.
F and F is not a cookie-cutter firm. Their style is somewhat informal and that might take some getting used to for some, but Gary's legal expertise is not only formidable, it's virtuosic. He is very straightforward and honest and expects you to be, too. He is respected by the court and its trustees, is extremely knowledgable about every option in bankruptcy and spends the time it takes to hammer out the right strategy for each client. And I am quite sure if bankruptcy is not the proper solution for you, he will tell you that, too.
They are not the cheapest firm, but worth every dime. You get one quote up front and that's it. They never nickel-and-dime you. They are generous with their time, easy to deal with and I can honestly say I almost felt like part of the family over there.
It was one of the best decisions I ever made.
I heartily recommend calling Fraley and Fraley if you are contemplating this very serious step. Whether you end up filing or not, you cannot go wrong giving them a shout.
