Trevor Hensley is hands down the best family law attorney I have ever met or worked with. Watching him in the courtroom is something to behold because of hIs extensive knowledge and his ability to apply that knowledge in such a seamless and skillful way. It's like he is always thinking a few steps ahead which is of the utmost importance when you're dealing with the welfare of your children. Trevor is professional, incredibly knowledgeable and he has taken almost all of the stress and pressure out of going to family court for me. That is saying a lot, because anyone who has gone to family court knows that is almost the last place most people want to go, haha... As far as the usual stress that comes up, Trevor told me not to worry about specific aspects of my case that I definitely would have otherwise because it's hard not to stress about court. Trevor backed those statements up every step of the way. From the beginning, he was thoroughly acquainted with all of the pertinent information related my case. Trevor has had a solid plan formulated the whole way through that he clearly communicated to me along the way. So, I never felt like I would be caught off guard.
In addition to being an unquestionably skilled attorney, Trevor also has a heart of gold. He has gone a long way in restoring my faith in lawyers. I hired this firm for grand parent visitation rights. Both the attorney and the paralegal followed up with me either via email or by telephone. Both answered all my questions. And the firm was very up front and honest with me, which I didn't expect that from any attorney. Although, i did not want to continue my case, they did everything they said they would do. I will definitely feel comfortable hiring them again. Also, i had money still on there books. It took one phone call and i received my refund 2 days later. Honest and knowledgeable.

Lame, Over a month has passed after I put down a retainer, and , ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done, I have had to call 3 times to answer the same questions, and still nothing. During our consultation the lawyer made it seem like it would be a walk in the park, this is more stressful than dealing with the problem myself.
