I was looking at a violation of probation for missing my turn in date in Yolo County. I did have a medical excuse but learned from a previous case in Sacramento County that medical excuse or not usually they don't pay attention or care to listen.
I didn't have to appear at one court date and Mr. Tiemann was able to get my VOP dismissed and have my original 8 days/alternative sentencing reinstated!! I couldn't have asked for anything more!! I am extremely happy with the outcome and I will never go thru any other attorney!! He's #1!!

I made the unfortunate decision to drive home after a photo gig in Reno during New Years and blew over and faced a DUI.
