Hesitant to even hire Eric Ramos for a traffic violation because he wasn’t charging as much as I expected i eventually ended up moving forward with submitting my ticket and payment. He then sent an email with instructions of what I DID NOT have to do and that he would be taking care of all the leg work! I even called just to make sure there wasn’t Anything else I needed to do since my court date was that week. His office kept me updated. Lastly I received a clear, very detailed email stating AGAIN that I DID NOT have to do anything and that my ticket was taken care of and NO EXTRA FEES..
