I worked for this man for five months. It was the worst five months of my life. This guy needs a major attitude adjustment. He is not afraid to yell, swear, and be seriously disrespectful to employees and clients alike. He lured people in with full-time job offers and only offered them part-time wages. He then required them to join Primerica Finanical Services, Inc., which is a 1099-position for an insurance company and required his employees to pay for their own training and licensing.

On top of that little scam, this man is just an all-around horrible attorney. His 500%+ turnover rate of employees caused huge amounts of confusion and chaos within the office. Any time something went wrong, he would scream at me and throw stuff around (basically actions that emulate the temper tantrum of a five year old child).

On my last day, he laid me off in the middle of the day with no warning, forcing me to leave work uncompleted. He did not offer any severance pay or anything, just told me to leave. Instead, he decided to call me an "f***ing moron". He then sent me nasty text messages for the following week while I was job-searching. He made accusations and scolded me for not finishing the work that I was not permitted to finish on my last day.

This attorney is now retired and this office is closed. But if it ever re-opens in the future, WATCH OUT. This guy is nothing but trouble.

BAD. Don't let this lawyer handle your case. And definitely don't get a job here. He hires and fires like crazy. Nobody sticks around because he is a total jerk to everyone. His office is super disorganized. Cases get screwed up a lot. Shocking he is not disbarred yet.
