I don't have a case at this law firm but my experience was very awful ! I walk in the office and was treated extremely well by the receptionist, she was very kind and had me laughing as we conversated during my wait to have a consultation with the manager...... I asked basic questions and the receptionist got up and actually spoke to me personally (got of her desk) she then called the manager to come down to attend me......10 min later after being in the conference room the manager walks in with a very mad face and tells me "what can I help you with" rudely. She did not even hand shook me nor look at me as she asked. I explained to her I was hit by an 18 wheeler but had a case with another attorney Which I was planing on dropping if the attorney was Abel to help me. She then said "Oh wow no sorry we can not help you since you have an attorney" as she said that she stood up and said "did you park in the front or the back?"
It was so uncomfortable i felt like she had just kicked me out the door which literally she did........I don't recall her name she had very big curly hair with highlights. Never will I step into this office again, very bad customer service from the manager....am now very happy I was Abel to get helped my attorney Gonzalez.
