I asked him (Nicely, I might add) if he could ask one of his clients to please call me since his client's phone was disconnected. He informed me, in no uncertain terms, that he was not anyone's "messenger boy", and that I should refrain from calling him anymore. I have dealt with numerous other Brownsville attorneys and they have all been courteous and extremely attentive, regardless of my requests. I regret that Mr. Perez was neither of the forementioned.

The first time to call an speak with him and he has the attitude of a jerk. I called to ask him in regards of my son court and if can tell me what he might be looking at and straight out starts yelling at me telling me he is not here to answer any question for the family only for his client that for me not to call his office no more, told him i was asking only because my son had not spoken to him and he tells me i can hire a lawyer instead of a appointed lawyer told him I would if i had the money I would of paid for a lawyer and again tell me that it better be the last time I call told him not to worry that I wouldn't, worst phone call experience ever with a professional. I wonder If i would of paid him to represent my son he might not have acted like a jerk on the phone. It was uncalled for him to represent himself in that manner. If he is not happy with being an appointed lawyer then he should put himself there.
