If I could give zero stars I would, and the shameful part is I haven't had the chance to meet Mr. Capello, but the lady he has representing him has done a horrid job of speaking on his behalf. She lacks attention to detail, basic mannerism, and common decency. Because of her "oversite"- lack of attention to detail, she misinformed me of my brothers cash bond. After driving 7 hours to the courts I contacted her In hopes for at least some common decency and get an apology, instead I got a rude excuse of how "it just happens sometimes " Mr. Capello, I wish I could give a fair rating regarding your practice, but unfortunately I couldn't get past your phone girl.
