I had a law firm acting on behalf of a neighboring county send me a bill for a 5 year old citation. I showed up for court on the day of the citation, but the judge and sheriff who issued the ticket didn't show up. I left under the impression that it would not be an issue. Fast forward to when I received and contacted the law firm explaining my situation, I wasnt getting any clear answers. I called Mr. Talbot and he listened to what I had to say and gave me the best options. After going with what we thought would be best, I got a letter from him about a month later with a motion to dismiss the citation.
