I have been with Linda through several issues over the last couple years, and each one she has handled brilliantly, with a positive outcome in the courtroom. She is realistic in her expectations, and does not simply "tell me what I want to hear," and then charge money to fight a losing battle. I will continue to retain Linda as my attorney, and recommend her highly to anyone else I know who needs legal representation.

Linda might have been an excellent attorney ten years ago, but there has been a downhill tumble. She represented my daughter in what should have been a simple low asset divorce. She spends the first 15 minutes of each consultation trying to figure out what has happened in the past. Then, expect 1-3 phone calls from her family and friends interrupting her thought process!! MOST IMPORTANT.... She was “Unavailabe” during those times we needed her most. We had to make critical decisions on our own, without legal advise, because her staff didn’t know where she was!! Expect “billable hours” to be Linda’s primary motive in representing your case.

I used Linda for my difficult and lengthy divorce. She has tremendous knowledge and experience in family law, sincerely cared about what was occurring and really helped me work through a large number of obstacles. A family member used Linda for a troubling divorce. We had interviewed other lawyers but picked Linda. Turns out she was a great choice and worth every penny paid. Most divorces never go to trial but this one did . As a retired NYPD Detective I observed Linda rip apart the other party on the stand. In my opinion I believe Linda conducted one of the best cross-examinations I have ever observed in over 20 years and the judge agreed in the final judgement; can't ask for more than that. As for the staff at Fried & Fried they were always very professional.
