Its clear with the appointments scheduling. However i really appreciate to respond to my issue on a serious note. I am sorry for the inconvience caused but i just shared what I felt and never said anything about the way you handle the clients. I saw alot of positive review thats the reason i scheduled my appointment twice. I also understand that emergency happens and thus i did respectfully accepted the rescheduling that happened on Tuesday and buy for new appointment the staff was not in knowledge at all even though they confirmed. Luckly i called before i walked in to your office. However as i mentioned earlier i am sorry for the inconvience caused but I just wanted to share the feedback so that the issues i faced wont be the same to someone else.

Worst service. They rescheduled me 2 times and then forgot to update on thier systems and asking me again to reschedule the appointment. M not seeing them.
