This is by far the most incompetent lawyer in all of Florida. If you need a lawyer I repeat do not go here. For him to receive 2 1/2 stars is a miracle. My mom went through a divorce and decided to use him as a lawyer because he was adamant that he could help us. My mom's divorce was terrible, and he was a sad excuse for a lawyer. Not only did he NOT help her in any way but made her feel small and like a joke. Yes people, her own lawyer laughed at her while she was in court trying to tell the judge the items that she wanted and needed. He also never reimbursed her the fees that he promised to give her after the divorce was final. He used her and abused her and still owes her money. I am older now and will definitely be contacting the state board on his incompetence and negligence. So once again, DO NOT go to him for a lawyer. I would be better able to represent you and I have not passed the LSAT.

Tom is a liar he lied to me about my case preyed on me because I'm young and naive took all of my money made me struggle just to pay him thinking he could help me but he never filed proper paperwork causing me to lose my case. His employees have no idea what there doing there all idiots he should not be a lawyer
