Becareful with this law firm. They charge me two retainer fees and did absolutely nothing for me on my case. Very unfair business practice

We were charged for a phone consult during which it was obvious the file had never been reviewed. We decided to use a different attorney.

I am very disappointed with the services provided by Kelly Fayer. Her office staff is completely incompetent.

After spending time drafting and detailing specifically the requirements for a custody agreement the returned document from Kelly Fayer's office was to say the least disappointing. It seemed to be a templated document that she uses for all cases and not updated to reflect my specific needs. I had to waste my time reviewing the document multiple times while we sent it back and forth because they would update some of the changes requested but not all. This is a disgusting practice used to drive up the bill that I received which reflected all the multiple updates that could have been done the first time.

Her office staff is extremely lazy and getting a call back from either Kelly or any of her staff is a chore to say the least.

With the bar set so low getting a better attorney should be an easy task. Pass on Kelly and find yourself someone who actually cares about her clients.

I hired Kelly to defend me in a custody case. Every time we had any type of communication it seemed as though she forgot everything we had spoke of previously.

Then it became extremely difficult to get a hold of her or even a response from her office. Emails and phone calls left without responses.

The case dragged on for almost 2 years. Every time I called her office no one had a clue what was going on with my case. To make matters worse the receptionist answering the phone had a very bad attitude and was often rude.

It amazes me at how there is zero accountability and yet she is still in business. Do yourself a favor and find a different attorney.

Kelly Fayer is a kind, compassionate, and caring Attorney! Due to a totally unexpected incident, my sister was hospitalized, and unfortunately, passed away 3 weeks ago. My husband and I met with Kelly for advice on how to proceed since she had no current plans in place should this happen! Kelly explained in GREAT DETAIL, the options available to us, and her recommendations of how to move forward. She was an excellent liaison between family, and new husband! She was fair, and very well informed and prepared for our meeting! I would highly recommend her for any Estate, wills, and preplanning, should an unexpected incident happen. She was kind, took her time, and explained everything in lawyer ease! I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone !

Kelly Fayer did not impress me at all-Left my deceased brothers kids out of my mothers estate -Those two kids had to fend for themselves while Kelly Fayer charged other documents-Really?

My mother and I had a very positive experience with Ms. Fayer with some 'elder' legal issues. It's obvious from the start that Ms. Fayer genuinely cares about her clients, and she also conveys information so that a non-lawyer can understand it. Ms. Fayer went above and beyond and looked over my mother's paperwork and provided very helpful guidance. Finally, it's clear that Ms. Fayer knows her stuff. Should we need additional estate planning of elder legal work, we will certainly seek out Ms. Fayer's services.

Absolutely amazing attorney with so much knowledge. Would highly recommend.
