Just a heads up if you decide to use this law firm .Mary Burski will sell you that everything will be fine .You will never hear from her again .It will be her staff that attempts to handle everything . 5000 dollars,later and Medicade approves a much lower amount and you are stuck paying the difference . Don't waste your money .The nursing home can apply for Medicade and get the same outcome.
