Mrs. Newly and Amanda were wonderful. They were always very responsive to my questions and concerns. The reason for the three stars is the paralegal working my case was rude and inefficient. I figured out quickly that any questions I had needed to be directed via e mail to my lawyer . My paralegal was to meet me in Venice to go over final paper work; which I was very uneasy about. Instead she called out sick. Instead of rescheduling, a receptionist handed me the paperwork , lead me to a conference room to figure it out. The paralegal was very put out when I questioned that approach. Mrs. Newly met me personally to go over everything and was very nice, which made me very comfortable moving forward in the process . She was also very apologetic about no one meeting me the first time. I was very upset on several occasions when dealing with her paralegal . Her figures were wrong and original figures had to be corrected . Maybe if another paralegal had handled my case the process would have been less stressful for me. I am just glad it's over .

My husband was diagnosed with cancer. Unable to work and in a very bad position with hospital bills surgery's chemo and radiation. We had to file for bankruptcy. The people at Jodat made us feel at ease and unembarrassed. We were told because of making to much money last year, because of leaving a job and being paid out for vacation, that we had to file for chapter 13. 6 months later Cristy, the person who helped us contacted me and asked me to send me my pay slips again. She than informed me that she could convert this to a chapter 7. Out of the clear blue. What a blessing!!!

Melissa, Jennie and Penny were all very nice. I am pleased with how my appointment went. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend them for any family matters.

Very mainstream and totally against helping people with legitimate cases. They will not help you if you are a victim of medical malpractice from Sarasota Memorial. They have some kind of agreement with that horrible evil hospital of horrors. Please find a local attorney to help you. Take my advice and don't call these people. They are very unprofessional and rude on the phone. Why are they still in business? Google please delete this company from your maps

Melissa Casciola and Jennie Ownes are awesome! I'm in Georgia and my case was in Venice, FL. They always worked with the distance and responded frequently! They always answered my questions and helped me in the end get an awesome amount of time with my daughter. This daddy is happy thanks!
