Just a quick note to express many thanks to Kevin, Lisa and the team at Jursinski & Assoc. I was less than a week away from closing on a property when some serious complications on the seller's side looked to impede the sale. There were issues raised due to the nature of the sale that would not have been able to be resolved by my out of state Attorney.
