So disappointed in this firm, they missed the timely filing for my hearing so my case was dismissed. I have no idea who my attorney is because I’ve never been able to speak directly with him. I left several messages for Catherine, who they say is my case worker, and never received a call back. I would not recommend this firm.

This law firm seems to only take cases that are easy and most convenient for them. Hardly return phone calls. I've noticed that they tend to have to talk to the next person and then wait for that. Im not a fan.

So far so good have to wait to see how the case goes

I have no complaints always make time for me and any questions I have. Very polite and understanding we just had the hearing in front of the judge. It’s only been two days since the hearing but I’m going crazy I wish I knew her decision already. I think waiting for the decision is the hardest part. I would recommend this firm got me a appointment right away and as I stated before always made time for me.

Horrible experience! Can't even begin to describe how unimportant, and impersonal I was treated. I was actually told at one point that people at disability LIE! Didn't speak to a lawyer till I asked them to withdraw from my case. (6 months in)
I spoke to at least 9 different people, they were all condescending and would talk over me.
There is so much more I could say, but I wont!
I am a systemic lupus, raynauds, rheumatoid patient who was treated like won't!
Absolutely no empathy from anyone!
I am now researching other attorneys!

Avard Law knows what they are doing. Even when it feels as if nothing is changing, it is. They worked hard on my case and after a few(4) hard years from initial application(no attorney until Appeal stage), I was approved. Very courteous and respectful. Never once did I feel unwelcome. Thank you all for your assistance. Soon I will be able to live semi-comfortably and supply more for my family.

Final settlement was great! It sure took a long time to get it. I hear that from everyone though. Calls were quickly returned when the individuals working on my case were busy. Waiting for a decision was the worst part but it all turned out okay in the end.
