My dealings with Scott made an already stressful situation more stressful. Dozens of emails ignored. Never really listened to what my case was about. I’m a single mother and he took everything I had in savings for a retainer for something I didn’t end up needing to even do. By the end I wound up in court due to errors in an agreement that he wrote that the judge said was missing key things according to the law. He frequently winged it at hearings with no preparation and I was never in on the strategy or plan, and he was dismissive of any questions or ideas I brought up. He ended up dumping me as a client at the last minute in the final stretch because he didn't like hearing criticism or hearing how his inadequate representation was negatively affecting my children. If there was a zero stars option I would select that.

I highly recommend Scott. He is prompt and very eager to help. He has his clients best interest.
