Do not hire this firm. Tom knows what he is doing but he is always on vacation so he sends ppl who don’t care about your case at all. rather then show up himself and does this without notice. Joshua in specific is the laziest lawyer I have ever seen. Walks out in the middle of court and doesn’t defend at all. He just sits there and glances off into space. They just end up taking your money and watch the case fall. Wouldn’t recommend them at all!

This lawyer took my money and never did anything for me. The case was in reference to child custody. I paid him what he asked upfront in 2009. Today September of 2017 he sends me an email saying that I owe him $59 dollars!!!! Are you crazy man? I'm still waiting to get my money back. There was never no case done or any court hearings!!

My atty Tom busatta told me to go get my kids from va because they told the atty and myself they were in fear of their lives i turned around and said are you sure this is legal the paperwork will be there monday so pick them up on Monday and I'll handle va 2 days after he got home because the paperwork was a day late and he was arrested va wants to extradite he spent49 days in jail and 60 day pretrial he was told that Joshua lopez was on the calendar for robert gordon on saturday the 21st he got rearrested for the same statute 5 months later the judge said I'll hold you for15 days and when you say you are calling about robert gordon Joshua Lopez hanhs up Tom busatta got him in this no free calls from jail either at his office i just get5hung up on we didn't pay this ft.myers law firm to be treated rudely andunprofessional.never go there
