Wow...I never knew such a service was available! I went to a local attorney for some probate work, and when I was quoted a price I couldn't afford, the atty. suggested I contact Jack at Florida Non Lawyer Services, who is a degreed paralegal. Jack did all I needed within 2 weeks and at about an 80% savings of what the attorney quoted. Excellent.

Glad I decided to go the paralegal route instead of hiring a lawyer. Saved a lot of money and got the same results. This is a good company to remember for legal help.

Very efficient operation. The owner, (Jack) handled everything and you could tell he knew his "stuff". And you can tell right away that he's a real stickler for detail. Jack is the best. He set up a trust for me for $500, when my attorney wanted $2400. When I told my attorney I couldn't afford $2400 for what I wanted to accomplish, my own atty suggested I call Florida Non Lawyer services, and Jack came through for me nicely.

I had some legal issues and 2 local attorneys recommended Florida NonLawyer Services to me since I only legal documents prepared. I have used Florida NonLawyer Services a few times now and their prices for the legal documents that they prepared for me were very reasonable and fair. I checked with other legal services & attorneys and they definitely beat their prices by a long shot, especially for the Trust they prepared for me. Jack was very friendly, yet professional. I have referred Florida NonLawyer Services to several of my friends, each have thanked me and told me that he went up and beyond to accomplish what they needed done. I would highly recommend Florida NonLawyer Services to anyone with a legal problem or need some legal documents prepared. I saw the bad review on here by Jessica Dobbins, who states she is a Google Guide (whatever that means) and asked him about it. He told me that he never yelled at the lady...that she was the one that would call and yell at him, even while he was in the hospital...and I believe him as he is in an office complex where everyone could hear any yelling on his part. He explained that this lady came in and with her boyfriend. That he told both at the same time that the boyfriend's issues were more urgent, so he would complete that case first....but the lady kept harassing him to get her case done at the same time. Jack was also was through cancer treatment, but he finished the boyfriend's documents and because of the delay in the lady's case he offered to do this lady's case for 1/2 of his fee, but she was not satisfied with that. She wanted it free because of her wait....since it involved a lot of work...he decided that he could not do it free and the money she paid ($125.00) was more than reasonable as she had a lot of things she wanted him to prepare. She wanted her money back, which he agreed to refund to her, but he needed a signed release form stating that he had returned her money and she would not go there and sign the release form. I personally think she should have went in and signed the form and got her money back. The boyfriend finally came in and signed the release form, so Jack gave him the money ($125.00) to him to return to her. One last thing...Jessica Dobbins, the Google Guide, who is one of the people that reviews for Google and I read over all her reviews and probably 70% of them she gives bad reviews....like bad reviews to Winn Dixie or Publix, or doctor's offices, etc. All I am saying is that there are two sides to every story....and just because she is a Google Guide or whatever she is does not make her right.....she is only one person. There are always some people that are not going to be satisfied with some business. I know Florida NonLawyer Services did 3 cases for me and for several of my friends that were very satisfy with the done done there. I also see several other good reviews and I am sure that they could lots of other clients to come online and state that they did an excellent job for them. Thank you for your time.

I was referred to this company by an attorney who indicated I would be best served by finding a paralegal to help me file the necessary forms myself and save his attorney fees. I found it a little strange that an attorney would refer me to a paralegal, but it worked out great and it certainly was much cheaper! I would recommend Jack Cutter of Florida Non Lawyer very highly. He is very thorough and meticulous.

I needed some help with a legal issue and couldn't see the need to pay exhorbitant lawyer fees, so I sought out the help of a paralegal. I came across this website and company, and feel so fortunate that I did. I got more help than I ever could have imagined at a price that almost made me feel guilty. I am very, very glad to post this review, and highly recommend Jack.

You want to be very careful dealing with this man, Jack Cutter. My son is in the Lee Co. jail in Ft. Myers. A friend of his in Port Charlotte hired this man to look into my son's case. Why I do not know, this man is a para legal not an attorney. But being concerned for my son I called him to discuss my son's case. He said he could get my son out of jail if his fees were paid. After talking to my son's friend I sent Jack Cutter a check for alot of money, at least enough to not want to lose it. Jack Cutter agreed to return the unused portion. After he discovered he could not get my son out of jail by paying fees, I asked him to return the money. I have not heard from him since, does not return my calls or emails or letters. I will have to take legal action. If you use him ensure the service is performed before you pay him, he will keep your money. I would not give him even one star but I have to click one to get this to post. A matter of integrity.

I have filed a complaint with the Florida Bar, hopefully his para-legal license gets pulled.. I also saw all of the arrests and mug shots after the fact. I should have googled his name. He also shows up at the Port Charlotte Sheriff's web site, arrested in May, 2016.

I searched Jack Eaton Cutter as i have not been able to reach him. I discovered many mug shots, arrests and charges going way back. This is a shock to me because this far i believed in him and everything he was doing for my divorce. I paid him in full to complete my divorce and recently when i tried to call all his numbers they are disconnected. His office was right by my work and they said he is no longer there. Now i can not afford to pay anyone else amd still need my case to finish. This makes me sad cause i trusted him and he did so a good job. I even went to a church function with him where i used to attend the same church. When i couldnt get ahold of him i was honestly worried about him and thats why i searched his name...when i saw all the mug shots i was just in utter shock and disbelief. Never even entered my mind to do a background check on someone that practices and studies law. I feel so dum founded by my own judgement. As a few of the other reviewers have stated, be careful with this guy. I had the SAME experience with dealing with this man. I had hired him to handle a case and he seemed like a reputable man (judging by the bogus reviews his friends probably left for him). Boy was I wrong, what a scam! After sending him the paperwork i completed (twice because he "lost it the first time") my case has gotten no where and he has kept my money. I have tried emailing, calling and texting only to find out my number has been blocked.

As the gentleman before myself as stated. I had a similar experience. Except i needed help with paperwork filing for an step parent adoption. Its been over a year now with little to no progress to make a long story short.

Continued setbacks and stalling on his part and i found out this morning you can no longer text or call his number.

I will be seeking legal action.

After talking to a lawyer,to hire. I was going to spend 3.000.00 dallors. To start. The lawey decided to go on vacation. So I went looking an found Jack. For one thing,he answered his phone. After telling him what I needed, He then explained that he can do exactly what a lawyer would do an cost thousands of dallors less.
Made a appointment that day. Showed him the paper work an he kinda laughed at the incomplete paper work that was done by another lawyer. I hired him. He put paper work on the other people an filed them for me.
Im am now the plantief. Not a defendant.
This man knows exactly what what he doing.

I needed legal documents written up last minute, and Jack Cutter did an amazing job of accommodating everything! My father wasn’t able to travel anywhere, and Jack not only made trips to the hospital, but he made several trips around Port Charlotte to help my father, including the rehabilitation center he was in after the hospital and the bank. I live out-of-state, and even after I left Port Charlotte, he continued to help us out. I would highly recommend using his services!
