This law firm had our names kept off of an Insurance check according to the Insurance Company's attorney and the board president of the condo. We are a public adjusting company. We still haven't been paid for our efforts even though the claim settled at over $4 million. Joshua Hajek is one of the attorney's in particular that contributed to this unethical practice.
