Great vision of what happened and how to respond to the issue(s).

I called for a consultation and was not treated like a potential client. Instead I was cutoff at every sentence by the receptionist, told by her what I should have done over and over, she sighed over and over like she was annoyed. I do not feel like the firm even got a clear picture of my situation because of this and because of her nonchalant attitude with my situation, they did not want to take my case. After the way the receptionist treated me, I would not have hired them anyway. If she’s the face of your business and the first person a potential client speaks to what am I to think of the rest of the staff? Don’t waste your time here!
