Everything was explained to me in simple terms and I was able to pay my medical bills from the settlement they got me. They do use an answering service for off hours, so my advise would be to use their text portal to communicate with them if you know they are closed. I did appreciate that I was able to simply text all my medical bills, etc. to them instead of emailing. It saved a bunch of time. Overall great experience.

These lawyers are shady and do not care about you. they sent me to a Doctor Who lied about my C-5 C6 herniation in my neck and had me get a surgery to replace it and then come to find out during litigation’s for my lawsuit that I never had a C-5 C6 herniation. They did not show any care or concern for my well-being when we learned that I never had a C-5 C6 herniation and that their doctor had lied. They also told me that they would pay off all my medical bills but they didn’t. I still got letters in the mail demanding payment and when I called them to find out why they didn’t pay all my medical bills I got ignored and never had my phone call returned. Do not trust these shady lawyers or their shady doctors.
