Great law team, proactive, speak in terms that are understandable,

Had a $400 credit on my account, they wanted more retainer. I requested that we wait until next action, because I suspect the case might be dead, and we had satisfied the court to that point. they agreed...a few months later I got a notice from the court that they withdrew from my case with no communication. To add insult to injury, they charged me $415 to withdraw as my attorney citing no more retainer fees. My experience is this firm, in particular Andrew Fulton don't communicate well and the most important part of an attorney/client relationship. Keep looking.

Kelley & Fulton did an exemplary job in handling our bankruptcy case. If you are reading this, then chances are you know just how long and difficult the process is. Craig and staff handled all aspects of our case from start to finish, with results that exceeded our expectations. Well worth the monetary investment, this is not a situation where you "save money" on hiring a second rate attorney.

Everyone was very nice. Aside from constantly having to pay more money, as the bankruptcy changed from a chapter 11 to a 7 when I retired, in the end it was discovered that dates were omitted for the IRS years concerned. I ended up paying off the IRS on my own for years that should have been covered by the bankruptcy. When I brought this to the attention of my attorney, she said for an additional fee she would "look into it". Please! Had I known how expensive the bankruptcy would be, I would have just paid off the IRS and let the chips fall where they may. Not a good experience!

In 2001 Craig Kelley assisted me with his first ever triple bankruptcy. I was petrified at what seemed to be an insurmountable task but Craig and his assistant Martha saw me through it with their patience, kindness and legal skills as I closed two businesses and file for myself personally.

Over the years I ran into many obstacles financially but maintained a small but steady payment to pay off my debt to Craig. He never complained once about getting paid and this year he made a generous gesture that brought tears to my eyes. Craig sent me a "Paid In Full" statement and wrote "Happy Holidays" on it.
