My practice and Nick's practice overlap slightly. Despite the apparent competition, I consider Nick a great referral source, a mentor, a friend, a resource and someone I trust to refer to my contacts and clients. Nick is professional, understands complicated legal theories and issues, he is prepared, and he is an aggressive and ethical advocate for his clients. I referred a client to Nick for a complicated business ownership dispute and was his co-counsel in the litigation. We resolved the case and helped our client obtain money from the opposition even though, initially, our client was being sued for money. Not only was the client happy with the result, but Nick made me look good in front of the client, and provided me with some great experience watching him litigate the case in Court.
