Mr. Thompson and his legal team are very clear on what is the best way to handle your case, after your 1st consultation all your questions will be answered and rest assured they will stand with you throughout the whole process. You do not have to worry with this firm. If you do have a concern all you have to do is call the office and they will answer any questions you have. Mr. Thompson made a poor representation in my mediation with the Ritz-Carlton, let the opposing counsel lead and control the case, and later I discovered that Mr. Thompson had been working for the opssing law firm. The outcome was a disaster what he told me in the mediation wasn't printed in the agreement and pressured to sign something different. His poor representation causing me pain and hardship : Job, health insurance ...a real financial impact on my family.

Jim Thompson's firm represented me as an employer during 2016 and 2017. My company was wrongly accused and sued by a disturbed former employee who was incredibly determined to prevail. No reasonable settlement offers were entertained by the former employee to make the case go away. My firm was stuck in employment litigation hell. After a full trial lasting 4 days we prevailed because the court found the former employee to not be credible. Given the presumptions, both legal and practical, that employees have in employment cases, this was not an easy task. Jim and his firm (including Mary Kay and Kathryn) did a great job.
