I sent my case to him seven months ago continually called sent emails with no responses finally they tell me they lost my file this is one useless law firm.

Communication is HORRIBLE!
They don’t contact you, you have to contact them.
Lawyer states that he will call you back and never does.
Is a complete communication nightmare!
Don’t waste your time, nor money.

Communication has been good. Secretary is great about call backs and keeping me up to date with case information.

Doesn't know how to call people back.

I have been waiting for 3 years for my case to even make the slightest budge, it has been over a year and I haven't heard from anyone! I know I signed the paperwork to obtain them as attorneys, but I really think they just split on me. I dont know if I even have a lawsuit still. My vehicle that I purchased is already paid off and no one will respond to me at all.

Please, try to avoid this office, and its attorneys at all cost. They seem to be nothing more than a boiler room setup. It would seem they have multiple inexperienced junior/intern attorneys handling your case, only to get experience.
I must have dealt with over six since we started and they all have different scenarios *CRAZY* It was the worst experienced I have ever faced.

Kayle the office assistant seems to always schedule calls which are never kept and sends over paperwork, that is not fact-checked for you to review and have other clients information within your document. I've had to point this out on many times "they are sorry, it's just for review and will be changed in the final document" can you imagine the impact this can have on your case, sent to a judge to review!
People who have to use them need to come together as one, find an attorney and see if we have a case against these guys for misrepresentation in so many ways. I can't go into details about my case, but, very disappointed with this firm and its attorneys.

Please do your homework, and don't sign anything with these guys until you are 100% comfortable and know what you're getting into with them for the next 3-4 years.

7 months on my case and very little to no update. Finally went to court in March of 2019. Was supposed to meet back 10 weeks later for another court date. As you can tell, that is well overdue. Lack of communication and apparently Mr. Mason is never in the office. Two weeks ago he was on vacation and now this week he's just not in. I called today and suddenly they have technical difficulties.

This is the second time I've given them a review. I see the 1st one has been deleted. Still no communication, sad the Florida bar refered them.

I waited 8 months for them to resolve my issue. 8 months into it they still havnt even drafted a draft letter. No progress was made on my case in 8 months! Always getting the run around that they are short handed. Save your time and go elsewhere. I'm now out thousands of dollars because they didnt handle my case in a timely manner and it's too late to have another attorney peruse it.

This office is a joke! I see I'm not the only one who says the same thing about communication! Run find another company this company is garbage. They have been working on my case for over 1 year now! Still waiting. Last update was a week ago and it was the same update as last month! They are not working on my case! Communication is horrible. Professionalism is a disgrace! I will be filing a complaint with the bar also within the next week if something doesn't change!
