Worst Workmen Comp attorney ever!!! If you aren't hurt and looking to get money he's the perfect attorney for you. He had no clue what was going on with my case. Instead of getting me doctor appointments he was trying to encourage me to settle. He never answers the phone takes 2 and 3 days to call you back and has an attitude. I can go on and on about my horrible 6 month experience with him. But now I have a great attorney that has done more for me in a month then Kevin has ever done.

Worst Workmen’s Comp. attorney. Definitely did not inform me of things that were going on, I had to give him all the information from the doctors office.
Ask questions, sent emails couldn’t answer them when I was asking questions, when I was on the phone with him he sat in silence. Asked him a question about personal insurance taken care of some Back pain that I’ve been experiencing that I told him about, and had no idea what he was doing with that stuff, because Workmen’s Comp. was taking too long to take care of things, never got back with me. I think Kevin is probably about the worst workmen’s Comp. attorney, after talking with several other ones.! I would not recommend him to anybody. I think he cares more about getting paid in a settlement, that he does about his client, and/or clients. I was told he doesn’t even live in the state of Florida, only has an office here, so He’s an out of the state attorney does not work very well. I wish I would’ve known that before I hired him, I no longer use his services and went to a different attorney. His reviews were awesome, but his work ethics with me were terrible. During what I would consider as one of the most difficult periods in my life, Kevin and his staff were able to find value within my case. Ok so I was just like you; Injured at work, and didn't trust lawyers enough to hire one at first. After having the company doctor laugh in my face and tell me I am making up my back pain, and then having other healthcare professionals say "I hate lawyers, but this is the one time you should hire one", I decided to choose one. I received multiple attorney letters (at least ten) and after reviewing the attorneys, I contacted Mr. Moore. He was very professional yet it seemed like we were good friends for a long time. He had no problem discussing my options and hearing about my case. I had many problems with my back even though the first doctor was a quack and tried to make me feel crazy. Mr. Moore made sure the next doctor ordered an MRI because the insurance company was taking months and dragging their feet with every step. He actually got me sent to a pain management doctor, which I needed for months. I had all of the necessary tests performed and was well taken care of. We eventually reached an end to this ordeal. It took time, but let's just say I highly recommend Kevin A. Moore if you are injured at work. You will not be disappointed, and you can always call Kevin if you have any questions and he will get back to you with answers. His ratings are near perfect for a reason. Kevin A. Moore took my case very seriously from the start. Worker’s Compensation laws had been violated by the company I worked for, and Mr. Moore quickly got to work on my behalf. He would personally call me with updates and was available whenever I needed to speak with him. I never once was relegated to a legal assistant or office personnel. Mr. Moore personally took my calls. Additionally, very little effort was needed on my part. The way he set me up to sign documents is a very easy process and didn’t involve me running all over town to find a fax machine. Initially I was hopeful but this guy is not professional. I travel extensively with my job and when I inquired why I had not heard from him, his response was "why hadn't I heard from you"?
